OUTSIDE TRADE SALES REP

The Outside Trade Sales Rep will represent the entire Lawson Product Line within their assigned territory. Maintain current customer base and increase product sales by prospecting for potential customers of residential construction homebuilders, contractors, developers and architects. Ability to do take-offs, pricing/estimating projects to new and existing customers, plus serving as Lawson's primary liaison to the customer are the top three steps to the Sales Course of Action. Knowledge of current Florida building codes will facilitate the Outside Trade Sales Rep in assisting current or potential customers with installation methods, product functionality and appropriate code compliance.
Qualifications: Eductaion, Experience & Skills required:
High School diploma or equivalent. Previous window/door sales or construction related sales experience necessary. Limited travel within State of Florida, including attending Trade Shows.
Computer knowledge along with great communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people which consist of builders, contractors and Lawson Employees are necessary.
